Chicken Salsa Sauce Over Rice
Sausage
Olives - sliced
Pineapple - don't add too much of the juice...unless you like that flavor
Salsa (whatever kind you want...we used medium to make it a little hotter)
1 can Cream of Celery Soup
1/2 package of cream cheese
Precook the chicken til it's almost done. Slice the sausage (whatever kind you want...we use Chirizo for a little spice). This is really simple now...throw as much as you want of each ingredient into a crockpot. Cook on high for about 2 1/2 to 3 hours. Serve it over rice. Told you it was easy.
