Green olives - sliced
1/2 onion
1 TBLS. oil
packet of Ramen noodles
Boils water. Boil Ramen noodles for 1 1/2 to 2 minutes. Drain. Set aside. Chop onion and brown in large frying pan with oil. Add olives. Mix eggs with Ramen seasoning packet in bowl. Add Ramen to pan. Stir thoroughly. Add egg mixture to pan and cover. When it's almost done add cheese on top if desired. Serves: 4
